If you’re having trouble logging in to The Haven, here are a few things to check:
1. Check your email and password
Make sure you’re using the same email address you used when you joined The Haven. If you’re unsure, try searching your inbox for a welcome email from The Haven.
2. Reset your password
If you can’t remember your password or it’s not being accepted, click “Forgot Password?” on the login page. You’ll receive an email with a link to create a new one.
If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk folder.
3. Clear your browser cache or try a different browser
Sometimes, stored data causes login problems. Try opening the site in a private/incognito window or another browser (for example, Chrome, Firefox, or Safari).
4. Check for multiple accounts
