Source of Stuckness
We're exploring different ways we might find ourselves feeling stuck. I've been gathering ideas from conversations I've had with people over the past few weeks.
It turns out there are rather a lot of them.
Sometimes stuckness is a feeling that stirs inside us. At other times, it can come from the people, places, and circumstances around us. Some may be things we can address; others may be things we need to acknowledge, work around, or simply give ourselves time to live with.
I'm not sharing these gathered thoughts, feelings, habits and circumstances with a particular conclusion in mind. I want to get a genuine sense of what is going on for you right now.
Tick anything that feels familiar or alive for you. The wording might not apply perfectly, but if there's something in it that catches your attention, tick it. There's an invitation at the end to share your own words and add anything that's missing from the list.
