I collect your information in order to record and support your participation in the activities you select. For example if you sign up to the membership, register to receive a course, ebook, or training series, the information you provide is used to access the product and enrol you in updates and the newsletter. I also use it to understand your preferences so that you only receive relevant and appropriate updates.

Community Forums are anywhere that interaction takes place, be it blog comments, message board, video conferencing chat, and other chat rooms. I am not responsible for material appearing in any community forum on the Sites, except for material signed by myself or an appointed representative.

Like many other Web sites, the-haven.co makes use of log files. These files merely log visitors to the site. The information inside the log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date/time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. The information tracked is not linked to anything that makes you personally identifiable. It is used to analyse trends, administer the site, track user’s movement around the site, and gather generalised demographic information.
I use this information to administer the site and improve the service I provide through it. It helps me better understand and measure traffic patterns on the Site so that I can identify popular areas, areas that need improvement, and how people engage with it. This information is collected in aggregate form, without identifying you or any user individually.
This data is often tracked by a technology services provider by using “cookies” during your visit. A cookie is small amount of data that is transferred to your browser by a web server and can only be read by the server that gave it to you. It functions as your identification card and enables us to record your passwords, purchases, and preferences. Most browsers are initially set to accept cookies.
