Serenity 2020 (An Introduction)

This is our opportunity to work out how to invite, nurture, and spread more serenity through our lives.

Our mood is often defined by our thoughts. The way we interpret and process things going on in our life has a huge impact on our mindset. And there is a lot for us to hold in life and the world right now.

Serenity is the opposite state to anxiety. It’s the antidote to the volatility of alertness, which is fed by messages from the ego. When we feel like we’re not enough, we need to be in control, we are a victim, others are out to get us, and we need to win.
