Join me at The Fireside over the next six months where we will weave together three universal strands of human creativity (spirit, sound, and voice) to help you successfully navigate the big change or project you are ready to face.

Creativity allows us to notice what we need, feel, and value in ways our thoughts and words alone cannot. It shows us how we see, observe, and hold things, which in turn point us toward the kind of world we want to be part of building with our decisions, actions, and creations.

It runs through the heart of humanness and belongs to all of us, no matter who or where we are.

When we strip away the fluff around the edges, creativity is when we turn what would be into what could be. And it can be accessed in any moment and at any time. It is exactly what we need during times of change and to help us successfully and sustainably navigate meaningful projects and challenges.

Creative spirit slushes around in the space between the nudges/prompts/insights, and how we choose to respond to them.

In this bespoke One-to-One program, we approach your goal/desire (i.e. project, endeavour, change etc), through a spirit of creativity so that you can move forwards in a truly meaningful way.

The Fireside Program Includes:

Six 60-minute One-to-One calls (every 2-4 weeks)
An online logbook for us to share reflections and preparations between calls
Six video lessons and coaching prompts around the three strands of human creativity (spirit, sound, voice) that you can explore at your own pace around our sessions
Low-stakes play practices to get (and keep) your creative muscles moving

Life's noise can distract us from being able to hear and find our creative sound. Maybe the pressure to meet an external demand leads us to temporarily put down what we were doing. Before we know it, we've left meaningful parts of ourselves all over the path behind us and it feels impossible to go back.

In this part, we will seek out some of those signs of creative life that got inadvertently (or intentionally) hidden in the past.

Part Four - What You See is How You Hear

If you've ever watched a horror movie with the sound off you'll know the importance of its soundtrack on the whole experience.

In this part, we consider the soundtracks playing in our nervous systems and how they can completely transform our perception at any moment. We will explore how you can learn to pause and notice the music playing inside you in order to avoid spiralling into patterns of reactive defensiveness and withdrawal. And on the flipside, to intentionally set your life to soundtracks that help you see the world through the lens you want.

Part Five - These Voices Sound Different

The human voice is a complex and mysterious instrument. With so many factors and variables involved, every voice sounds different. And so it is with our creative voice.

In this part, we consider some of the core elements that has shaped and informed your creative voice over the years. And if you're like most people, you cringe at the sound of your own voice (especially if you're not used to hearing it played back). We will explore how you might become more comfortable embracing and expressing the sound of your voice.

Part Six - If The Stakes Feel Too High, Lower Them

Have you ever got excited about a project, goal, or New Year's resolution, only to realise once the dust settles that you set yourself impossible standards? This is our opportunity to tweak expectations and experience the joy of flexibility when it comes to making change happen in sustainable ways.

In this part, we explore how to maintain life in step with your creative spirit, when you hit obstacles, walls, and sludgy seasons, so that the wheels don't have to come off and send you sliding back down the snake to square one.
