Whether or not you have a personal practice\, it’s a chance to finish the week with a mark to remember it by. \n\n\n\nWhat to Expect From the Journal Circle:\n\n\n\n\nWe begin by identifying a word or theme that captures the past seven days.\n\n\n\nWe then complete a 5-minute writing prompt.\n\n\n\nWe finish with an open invitation to share reflections.\n\n\n\n\nAs with all Haven gatherings\, you’re welcome to come and be. While it would be lovely to hear from you\, there’s no pressure or expectation to speak. \n\n\n\nYou can join us every week or pop in every now and then. Whatever works for you. \n\n\n\nI’m always happy to answer any questions.
