It comprises two 40-minute quiet blocks\, and we connect via Zoom. \n\n\n\nWhat to Expect:\n\n\n\nA relaxed session\, which you can come for as long as you want – you don’t need to stay for the duration. \n\n\n\nWelcome (2-3 minutes) – we say hello and share what we’re using the time for \n\n\n\nQuiet Block One (40 minutes) \n\n\n\nHalf-Time Check-In (2-3 minutes) – the timer ends for a brief check-in \n\n\n\nQuiet Block Two (40 minutes) \n\n\n\nEnd (2-3 minutes) – the timer ends\, and we say our goodbyes \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nProtected Event\n\n\n\nAre you a Haven member?
