Join us for our weekly journal circle, where we chat about journalling and do a short prompt together.

The sessions are for Havenites who want to start, rejuvenate, or simply explore journaling habits. We share how we’re getting on, encourage one another, and try a simple exercise together. So even if, despite your best intentions, you haven’t added anything to your journal all week, you won’t finish it empty paged.

Journal circles are for Haven members – it doesn’t matter if you’ve never been to one before, you’re always very welcome!
