Are you looking for support, encouragement, and some gentle accountability with a health-related goal or intention?

We meet every two weeks in The Health Circle to share how we are getting on, encourage one another, and offer peer-to-peer support. It’s the perfect way to find and maintain momentum in a safe, low-stakes, and friendly environment.

The Journal Circle happens after right after The Health Circle, so you are welcome to stick around for that too.
