This article provides a brief introduction to The Haven. This is an online space for highly sensitive people, gentle rebels and people who think/feel deeply. It’s somewhere to explore how to bring intention, creativity, and connection into the natural pace of your sensitivity.
It’s a membership-based community built around slow, sustainable rhythms. These rhythms help you protect time and energy for the things that matter most. Notably, they help you avoid burning out, shutting down, or feeling like you have to do it all alone.
An Introduction to The Haven Features
- Live Spaces: Regular events like the Live Café, Journal Circles, Book Club, and reflective gatherings. These are spaces where we show up, focus, and flow—together.
- The Zine: Coming To Our Senses is our monthly member-led zine. It explores themes of sensitivity, expression, and belonging through audio, art, and writing.
- Supportive Courses and Workshops: Access to thoughtful resources designed for your natural pace. These include Serenity Island, creative coaching options, and seasonal workshops.
- A Gentle Community: A non-performative, non-judgmental space to be yourself. You can connect with like-spirited people and grow organically through conversation, play, and shared presence.
