In this article you will find information about resetting your password if you can’t login to your Haven account and changing your password through your account settings if you are able to access the members area.
Resetting Your Password When You Can’t Login
If your password isn’t working or you have forgotten it, you can reset it through any login form.
Step One: Click the “Forgotten Password” link and enter the email address or username attached to your account.
Step Two: Click the link in the email (it may take a few minutes to arrive)
Step Three: Choose a new password, confirm where you are asked to repeat it (make sure it is the same – you can copy and paste it) – press the confirm button
Step Four: Login using your email address and new password

Changing Your Password Inside The Membership
To change your password inside your Haven account:
Step One: Navigate to the Account Settings page
Step Two: Fill in your current password (required to update email or change current password)
Step Three: Choose a new password, repeat it, and save changes
